Mick Cooper is Professor of Counselling Psychology at the University of Roehampton and is a leading international authority in the fields of person-centred, experiential, existential and relational therapies. He is author and co-author of several SAGE books: the bestselling Working at Relational Depth in Counselling and Psychotherapy with Dave Mearns (2005), Existential Therapies (2003) and The Plural Self (1998). innovative work by person-centred therapists...

This is a wonderful book that presents an innovative and far reaching approach to therapeutic change.
It is also a very readible and accesible book, altough well documented and researched.
It presents an approach for working very effectively and with a lot of sense with adolescents and adults from a position that is called "relational depth".
Im a clinical psychologist and the book opened new areas for me.
I think it should be of interest for person-centred, existentially and humanistic therapist, altough the authors said this approach could be utilized by many therapists or facilitators.
I recomend it with all my heart.
