Marcia Darvin Spada is owner of the Albany Center for Real Estate Education, a New York-licensed proprietary school and Cram for the Exam, a website that provides practical real estate exams for New York. A professional educator and nationally known real estate author, Marcia teaches real estate and has developed curricula for numerous real estate courses widely used in colleges, real estate related organizations, and proprietary schools throughout New York. Marcia holds a BA and an MA in English from the University at Albany and a BS in Real Estate Studies from Empire State College. She is also a member of the Author s Guild.

Confusing explainations/Not Clear

This book was not written very clearly and had too many grammatical mistakes that my instructor had to point out so that the students would not be confused. I found this to be a very confusing read, the author did NOT explain concepts well. The author struggles to explain debits and credits clearly (and messes up on her chart page 179). The only good thing is that it is focused on New York regulations and up to date (2014-current). Not Recommended.
