I got a DEFECTIVE one!!

The quality of the book is aweful! I got a defective one and, because my class started using the textbook after the refund deadline (I didn't take off the plastic until I needed it for class), it appears I'm stuck with it. It really upsets me to have paid $113.97 for this book, when I can't even read some of the text! I'm so disappointed.

Book required for certification

Needed the latest edition for certification test. If you are taking certification tests in coding or other health information mgmt./tech fields, make sure you have the latest edition code books. Before testing, check the sponsor's website for required books, make note of exact editions. If they are outdated editions or you forget/are missing a book on the list, you will not be able to take the test!
